  Are my credit card details secure on your payment gateway?
 

We have done everything to make it as secure as current technology allows. Our payment gateway is serviced by 2Checkout.com , a well established US company that has been an online presence and Better Business Bureau Member since 2001.

If you are unable to use any of the above methods, we would still like to discuss how to supply our films. Please contact our International Distribution Service by sending an email: Tell us what film titles you are interested in, and which country you are located, and we will get back to you with the likely cost and suggested payment method.

   
  How can I contact TVEAP for queries related to purchase of video films?

  What is your refund policy?
 

TVEAP will ensure to the best of its ability that you receive the products in the highest quality and standard. However, if the product is defective, we will arrange a full refund without the application of shipping or restocking fees. 

However, we will not bear the responsibility for damages to the products during delivery. If a package is misplaced during DHL dispatch, the products will be replaced at no additional cost to you. No refunds will be made for damages or losses to products dispatched by airmail.

We are also unable to bear the responsibility for damages / losses occurred as a result of delays / withholding caused by Customs regulations of the destination country.
