| What is your refund policy? | |
TVEAP will ensure to the best of its ability that you receive the products in the highest quality and standard. However, if the product is defective, we will arrange a full refund without the application of shipping or restocking fees. However, we will not bear the responsibility for damages to the products during delivery. If a package is misplaced during DHL dispatch, the products will be replaced at no additional cost to you. No refunds will be made for damages or losses to products dispatched by airmail. We are also unable to bear the responsibility for damages / losses occurred as a result of delays / withholding caused by Customs regulations of the destination country. |
